I don't know if I can say the brand, but it's in a blue tube with white letters.
Yes it's crafting decoupage glue. It was fine on glossy paper, it's just I don't know how I can use it it on ordinary paper. I did use small amounts of glue and followed instructions. I did each layer at a time. |

| Now that is anoying. I dont use silicone, but would expect crafting silicone to work on normal paper. Thank you for this information and remember this one. |

| Maybe the glue was dodgy? It seems no one else has had this problem. I also had trouble with the same brand of tape, although I bought them from different places. |
