I don't know if I can say the brand, but it's in a blue tube with white letters.

Yes it's crafting decoupage glue. It was fine on glossy paper, it's just I don't know how I can use it it on ordinary paper. I did use small amounts of glue and followed instructions. I did each layer at a time.

Now that is anoying. I dont use silicone, but would expect crafting silicone to work on normal paper. Thank you for this information and remember this one.

Maybe the glue was dodgy? It seems no one else has had this problem. I also had trouble with the same brand of tape, although I bought them from different places.
