If the password you typed is incorrect, you’ll see a message that says:
Error: the password you entered for the email address (your email address) is incorrect.
We recommend following the steps below to resolve your password issues.
1. Select Lost your password?
If the Enter password window is still open select Lost your password?
(Or go directly to Lost your password? and enter the email address or username name again for the account you’re trying to reset and select Reset password).
2. Open the Password Reset Request email.
When you request a password reset you will be sent an email with the subject “Password Reset Request for Form-A-Lines”.
In that email is a link with the words “Click here to reset your password “.
When you click on that link you should be directed to a web page where you can reset your password.
3. Enter a new password.
On the lost password web page enter a new password of your choice in the box provided and re-enter it in the second box to confirm it. Then select Save.
