This Form-A-Lines quilt block flower pattern makes a beautiful card to send your Thinking of You greeting, or use it without these words for Birthdays and other occasions.
This pattern was originally designed to be stitched in a single colour. It now has extra instructions and a colour diagram for stitching it in multiple thread colours.
The patterns are supplied as PDF files for you to download and print, more info. For advice about buying cards and thread see the tutorials section. The design comes with a numbered diagram, a pricking pattern, and step-by-step instructions for hand-stitching your greetings cards.
The pattern size is 152 x 104 mm (6 x 4 inches).
There is an order admin fee on orders with less than 2 patterns. It goes towards payment processing.
The pattern files
Form-A-Lines stitching card patterns are delivered by download to your computer, tablet, iPad, or iPhone in PDF format. Anyone, anywhere, can open a PDF file. All you need is PDF reader software. This is available free from the Adobe website for MS Windows. Get it from the Apple app store for the iPad and Play Store for Android devices. Many web browsers can also open PDF files for viewing and printing.

Account holders can access their patterns on the Internet from any computer, tablet, iPad, or iPhone. Just use your email address or username plus your password to log in to your account.
The Download Period
There is a one-year download period, and if you save the file to your computer, you can continue to use it after that. The product price covers the one-year download period, a licence to print the pattern instructions for the personal use of the purchaser, website overheads, and order processing. After one year, the safekeeping of the pattern file becomes the responsibility of the purchaser. The purchaser can continue with the personal use of the pattern instructions for as long as they have a file to print from and the software to open the file.

Tips for long-term use.
Back up a copy of the PDF pattern file to a separate hard drive, USB memory stick, or cloud storage.
Keep a printed copy of the pattern on file. If your digital copy fails you can resort to a photocopy of the printed pricking pattern.
Getting Patterns Printed
We don’t supply patterns by post but if you don’t have a printer you can ask someone else to print your order for you as long as the patterns are only used by you.
Maybe a family member or friend can help you print your patterns. Your order can be accessed on the Internet from any computer. Just use your email address or username plus your password to log in to your account. Or copy the PDF files to a USB memory stick for transporting. Some stationary supply shops will print copies from a memory stick.
Form-A-Lines and Pinbroidery patterns are licensed, not sold. A pattern may only be used by the Form-A-Lines customer who completes the transaction (purchaser).
Form-A-Lines grants the purchaser a personal, non-exclusive license to produce cards for personal pleasure and personal giving.
The purchaser may print or copy the pattern solely for the purpose of making their own cards. The license does not allow them to re-sell the pattern, swap the pattern or share the pattern.
Cards may be offered for sale when they are hand stitched by the purchaser from a pattern they have purchased from the Form-A-Lines website as long as they include a copyright statement with the appropriate approved words.

Pinbroidery copyright notice stickers can be downloaded free from Pinbroidery copyright stickers.
Any card made from Form-A-Lines or Pinbroidery patterns, and displayed on the Internet, must have the credit ‘Design copyright Form-A-Lines’ near the picture.
